There’s more good news when it comes to the economy of the city of Houston.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics says of the 12 biggest cities in the country, Houston is third in the number of jobs added over the last year. Patrick Jankowski with the Greater Houston Partnership tells KTRH our economy is humming along.
“Employment is at the highest level it’s ever been in the region. The impact of Harvey is over with. Houston is creating jobs again,” Jankowski explained.
Houston is also third in the annual rate of job growth at 2.8%
